Plaxdale Green Farm is an approved residential development consisting of nine new dwellings, with a further five on the drawing board being prepared for submission.
Planning & Design
Urban & Rural, working with DHA Planning, secured full planning consent for the conversion of a three large disused chicken shed into nine residential homes. The application was submitted on behalf of a development company with a proven track record of award winning barn conversions. Despite the complexities of proposing to build new dwellings in our rural locations, this application makes use of planning policy relating to the reuse of disused agricultural buildings in rural locations. The scheme was designed to enhance the location with the proposed works.
Outcome
The scheme went through the pre-application process prior to submission and was granted consent by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council. The project is currently being constructed.
