This approved residential development has secured consent for 9 new dwellings in the coastal town of Deal.
The scheme has been developed by Urban and Rural. We first secured the outline planning approval. With the principle of this development then being secured, we then progressed and secured full approval for the detailed design through a Reserved Matters application.
