SUCCESS at committee this month for Urban & Rural Ltd. The practice presented the case to the committee and Secured Full Planning CONSENT for a one-off new dwelling in a rural location. The councillors on the planning committee voted against the officer recommendation for refusal and we secured full planning consent for our client.
