Urban & Rural, working with DHA Planning, have secured the approval for the change of use and extension of a dilapidated care home into a sea front apartment scheme.
The project, located in the Herne Bay seafront Conservation Area, is the second apartment scheme Urban & Rural have secured full planning consent for in this year.
The project represents the continued investment in the North Kent Coastal town of Herne Bay following the success of the neighbouring areas of Whitstable and Tankerton.
