The site has never been built on and is currently used as the back garden to a large Arts and Crafts house.
The approval has secured a detached 5-bedroom family home with new highways access to the site.
The site, located on the White Cliffs of Dover, in the exclusive coastal area of St Margret’s Bay will have sea views towards France.
