Project Overview

We were thrilled on the successful completion of our project at Rolex UK Head Offices in Kings Hill, Kent. We had the honor of being appointed as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer for the internal re-ordering of the 1st floor and training suite. Collaborating closely with Kier Construction South East, our team executed a transformative renovation, addressing the evolving needs of Rolex UK.

Design and Planning

The project focused on expanding the in-house training facilities and increasing the number of servicing specialists, crucial enhancements to support the company’s continued growth and excellence. The existing building boasts many innovative sustainability measures, aligning perfectly with Rolex’s commitment to its environmental responsibilities. Spanning approximately 2,200m² across three floors, the building serves as a beacon of modern design and functionality.

Outcome

We created a space that seamlessly blends innovation, sustainability, and functionality, which not only met but exceeded the expectations of our esteemed client. We are proud to have played a role in shaping the future of Rolex UK’s head offices, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration on future endeavors.
