Project Overview

From defining the brief to completing the on-site construction of a specialist commercial building, this project showcases our full service. Our client financed the project using resources from a pension fund through the Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) scheme.

Our Strategy

We assisted the client with the pre-purchase assessment of the site by conducting space planning feasibility studies to illustrate its potential. We also recommended and secured quotations for the necessary consultants to ensure a seamless journey from concept to completion.

Outcome

With the full consultant team collaborating effectively, we secured planning consent, developed a detailed set of construction drawings, tendered the project to a main contractor, and oversaw the project to completion of the shell and core building. The client is now successfully renting out the units, diversifying his pension portfolio.
