This approved scheme has a mix of housing and apartments providing 34 new homes. Developed by Urban and Rural, we have secured the outline planning approval for the residential development.

With the security of having agreed the principle of development and access into the site, our cline then appointed us to progress the project and a full detailed reserved matters application has now been produced and submitted to the Local Authority for consideration while we commence early discussions with contractors in readiness for its approval.
