This approved 9 new-dwelling scheme has been developed by Urban and Rural to secure the outline planning approval for the residential development.

With the security of having agreed the principle of development and access in to the site, our client then appointed us to progress the project and a full detailed reserved matters application has now been produced and submitted to the Local Authority for consideration while we commence early discussions with contractors in readiness for its approval.
