Urban and Rural have secured full planning approval for a residential development of four new homes. The site is located out side of the settlement boundary however, the team at Urban and Rural put a strong case together to promote the development on this previously undeveloped site.
Our client, the land owner has now sold the development site with consent.
The project is now on site and we hope to show you some finished photographs soon.
