Project Overview
Field View House is a bespoke, speculative home crafted by a small developer. Despite stringent planning policies aimed at curbing garden development, Urban & Rural successfully secured full planning consent for this unique dwelling in the existing garden space of a property on Ham Street, south of Ashford.
Design and Strategy
The design of Field View House was meticulously crafted to blend seamlessly with the existing streetscape while capitalizing on the breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Our strategic approach ensured the integration of the new dwelling into its natural surroundings while adhering to planning regulations.
Outcome
Following meticulous planning and execution, Field View House has been completed on site and was successfully marketed in collaboration with Hobbs Parker.
