It was reported that one of the largest proposed seafront developments within the Herne Bay Conservation area has had a full planning application submitted by the architectural practice Urban & Rural.
This is the second scheme we have submitted as an architectural practice on the seafront in Herne Bay, when combined, this now totals 21 proposed luxury apartments.
We are watching the applications progress with a very close eye and hope to report the outcome of the two schemes shortly.
