Urban and Rural architects were delighted to see Architecture Today’s article on our recently completed commercial development, the Oscar Innovation Centre in Halling, Rochester.
This project represents a true team effort by the practice, with our whole team involved throughout all the work stages. We have assisted our client from the initial site appraisal prior to purchase of the site, by putting the full consultant team together, through to taking the project to tender.
Our design work and comprehensive technical detailing included many bespoke elements of the build, including the stair case and pieces of furniture.
Urban and Rural then did the detailed design package. Working with the project manager Alastair Clark and the main contractor, WW Martin, we saw the project through to the successful completion of the building our client is enjoying today.
