Joy Lane

The project on Joy Lane is a large private residential rear extension on a dwelling located in Whitstable.

Urban & Rural worked with our client, home owner to define the project brief for their dream home.

The proposed scheme based around a large family, provides a large flexible space that can be used by the couple who live at the property, but can also be opened up for regular large family gatherings for a growing extended family.

The extension also provides the opportunity to open the existing home out to the rear garden.

Urban & Rural have secured full Planning and Conservation area approval.
