Urban & Rural partnered with local agents Hobbs Parker to secure full planning approval for a substantial new build dwelling on the outskirts of Ashford. The client had purchased the site without planning permission, taking a risk as the location is outside the defined development boundary and had no existing or historic development.

After successfully assisting this investment client with a previous speculative new build, they returned to us for this project. We conducted a thorough site analysis and developed a strategic plan to secure the necessary full planning approval.
