Field View House

Field View House is a speculative one-off house for a small developer.

Despite planning policy being put in place to prevent the use of gardens as building plots, Urban & Rural secured full planning consent for a new one-off house in an existing garden space of a home on Ham Street, south of Ashford.

The scheme has been designed to fit in with the existing street scape and to maximise the fantastic views out over the rolling countryside.

The project has now been completed on site and was marketed with Hobbs Parker.
