Urban & Rural have submitted a Full Detailed Planning application for the conversion of a disused barn to a new one-off family home.
As part of this proposal, the existing block and rendered barn has been re-clad in black weather boarding with large new openings; allowing views out onto a substantial private garden. The design has enhanced the appearance of the original barn, while keeping a strong visual reference to Kentish barns.
