Full Planning secured by Urban and Rural architects for the demolition of an existing bungalow and the erection of four new family houses in the London Borough of Bexley.

The site was subject to negative planning history, with a refused planning application and a rejected appeal. Urban and Rural, specialists in complex planning cases, started to carefully review all the previously submitted information as well as the refusal notice and failed appeal.

Urban and Rural then built a good consultant team around them to then prepare for the preparation of a new scheme on this complex garden site with TPO trees, Grade II Listed assets, as well as archaeological constraints.
