Urban and Rural architect have securers full planning approval for the conversion and large extension of a locally listed house to provide 13 luxury apartments in the London Borough of Bexley

This approval represents Urban and Rurals sensitively handled negotiation with the Heritage and Planning officer at the London Borough of Bexley to secure a scheme for such a large extension to this locally listed asset.

Working with Plainview Planning, this approval was secured with zero affordable housing requirements being forced on to the developer. Through the submission of a viability assessment as well as the recommendation of early and late stage review mechanisms, a condition was secured to the approval, along with an appropriately worded legal agreement to ensure that this can be enforced.
