Urban & Rural have been appointed to develop a seven-unit apartment scheme for the prominent seafront location.
The site is located within the Conservation area of Herne Bay.
The proposed scheme is located adjacent to the Grade II Listed Georgian Terrace which was part of Samuel Hacker ambitious master plan for the town dated 1830.
The Full Planning and Conservation Area application is being progressed by Canterbury City Council and is recommended for approval by the case officer with the support of the Conservation Team.
