Following the success of the approved planning application for a new farm house at Willow Farm. Urban & Rural have been appointed to review and work with the farm to develop a new Master Plan setting out the long term aspirations of the farm. This includes over 5,000ft2 of new agricultural buildings and the renovation of the existing yard.
Phase 1, the new Yard is in for planning and is currently being reviewed by the Large Major Development team at Swales Borough Council.
