Urban and Rural architects, working with Plainview Planning (now McLoughlin Planning), have been progressing a detailed scheme for this complex site. Despite the site having been categorised as public open space, this privately owned parcel of woodland has now got a live approval in place to be developed.
Final pre-commencement planning conditions are now being submitted for work to commence latter in the year.
