Urban and Rural have developed and submitted the Reserved Matters detail design for the erection of 48 new apartments.

Working with McLoughlin Planning, Motion, Hill-Wood & Co and Hone Ecology the detailed proposal is progressing well with the London Borough of Bexley and we hope to progress the project on site soon.
