Architects Urban and Rural, working with DHA Planning, have secured planning APPROVAL for two new dwellings under the Class Q permitted development.

The existing redundant agricultural building now has consent to be converted into 2 three-bedroom dwellings.

This now represents a total of 12 dwellings approved on the same farm.

We are working on the final two redundant farm buildings and hope to get the final number up to 14 new dwellings for our client.
