106 Bexley Road

106 Bexley Road is a proposed residential development of 13 new apartments.

The site owner had appointed a large national, London-based architectural practice to prepare a scheme for the site. Unfortunately, that application was rejected at planning and an appeal was dismissed.

While the site came with a negative planning history, Urban & Rural carried out a detailed site analysis of the existing site. Along with an assessment we carried out on the rejected scheme with the refusal notice and the report from the appeal process, a project brief was established.

The scheme designed by Urban & Rural has now been submitted to The London Borough of Bexley for consideration and we are working with the planning officer to negotiate, what we hope to be, an approval.
