The controversial application has gained planning consent for the erection of 70 new homes on an undeveloped site.
The site was put forward following the call for sites by the Local Authority, however it was not recommended for residential use and did not make it into the Braintree Draft Local Plan.
Planning Consultants, Plainview Planning Ltd, put a team of consultants together which included architects Urban & Rural to build a case as to why this site was a sustainable development site.
The outline application was approved and our client now has the consent they required.
