Urban & Rural working with TaD Planning have achieved a recommendation for planning approval for the controversial development of 48 new homes in Erith.

Architecturally the scheme has been driven by an evidenced-based and detailed contextual assessment to justify the level of development on the site.

An earlier scheme by another architectural practice for just 26 homes was considered to be an over-development and the new sensitive and detailed approach by Urban & Rural and the consultant team, working heavily with the London Borough of Bexley, now sees the London Borough supporting and recommending its approval for our client.

The scheme goes before the next planning committee meeting for final consideration.
