Full Planning and Listed Building consent has been granted for the extension and internal alterations to The Watch Makers Cottage, High Street, Wingham.
The original building is a Grade II Listed Medieval Hall House and had been subdivided to three cottages in the past.
Urban and Rural have secured Full Planning and Listed Building consent to re-order two of the cottages into one large dwelling with an additional rear extension.
