Urban & Rural have secured Full Planning and Conservation Area APPROVAL for a new seafront apartment building.

Urban and Rural working with DHA Planning have secured Full Planning and Conservation area approval for a unique site on the North Kent coast in Herne Bay.

The site is located within the conservation area and will deliver luxury seafront accommodation, with uninterrupted views over the North Sea.

The consent was granted for the demolition of the existing single dwelling and the erection of a new four storey apartment building accommodating seven luxury apartments.

The home owner is looking forward to selling the site with full planning consent.
