We’re delighted to share that the St George’s Terrace development in Herne Bay is almost complete and it won’t be long now before the first residents move in!
This project has been an exciting challenge, and in the coming weeks, we will be publishing a detailed case study on our website. In the case study, we will explore the opportunities presented by working on complex sites involving a change of use, and discuss the strategies we’ve employed to maximise the site’s full potential throughout the design, procurement, and construction stages.
