Urban & Rural, working with DHA Planning, have secured full planning consent for the conversion of a large disused chicken shed to 5 residential homes. The application was submitted on behalf of a development company with a proven track record of award winning barn conversions.

The application, submitted by DHA Planning, made use of the permitted development rights some redundant agricultural buildings have.

The original application was submitted with minimal changes to the external façade. With this secured consent, a minor amendment application was then submitted proposing design enhancements to the redundant agricultural building.
