The luxury one-off house located on Kingsdown Park has been delivered with the main contractor PA Hollingworth & Co, Project engineers were EPS, with the bathrooms and en-suites by C.P. Hart and a bespoke hand-made kitchen crafted by Jonathan Needham, www.rochlinbespoke.com in Whitstable
