Plot 1A Manston Business Park.

Urban and Rural were appointed to aid a large Chartered Accountancy Practice look in to the possible re-location of their practice to a potential new-build commercial office building.

Working with two of the partners to define and develop a project brief, we produced an initial sketch scheme. This informed the reduction of the potential site required to be purchased to just an acre of the business park, thereby making large saving on the potential purchase price.

The sketch floor plan was then used to test the project brief and with the aid of the project QS, the potential project budget, to inform the potential purchase of the land.
