Following the success of securing full planning consent at Willow Farm, where the planning application was approved due to its reference to a unique planning clause rarely achieved called paragraph 55 (previously known as PPS7), we have now been appointed to review the potential of a new large one-off house in Buckinghamshire.

The site has a large eight-bedroom country family home and specialist growing facilities for multi- award-winning Chrysanthemums, set within grounds of approximately 14 acres.

This scheme considers the subdividing of the site and developing part of the existing field, proposing a new large one-off house.

The scheme is being developed and we hope to progress to planning over the next couple of months.
