18 Church Street is an extended circa 14th century Box Framed house, located in the conservation area of Wye, Ashford.

Urban & Rural secured the listed building and planning consent required to erect a modern rear kitchen extension; opening up the house to the rear garden.

A full conservation area planning application was produced, along with an in-house heritage assessment of the existing Grade II structure. This is required by the conservation officer to inform the assessment of the proposal.
